Interview: 2Four Remains True To Himself & His Music

2Four returns to give us an insight on his favorite things and the challenges he’s faced along the way while pursuing his musical career. Check out the interview here:

Thank you for being with us!  Where are you based and where would you say your fan base is?

Thank you! I’m based in Nashville, TN and my fan base analytically is on the west coast, mid west and of course in Nashville. I’m always trying different things to grow my base and get more people listening.

What would you never apologize for?

Being myself and true to who I am. I will never apologize for living my reality and truth. On the music side that includes what I write about and the vibes that I put out and its all an extension of who I am and where I’m going.

Who is your HERO and what does a HERO mean to you?

A hero by definition can be general or specific to me but mine is my dad because without the support and confidence he has in me, I’m not sure I would be where I am because he was the first one to believe I had a real future in this music thing and the first one to believe in it.

What exotic location would you most like to visit or perform when COVID is finally over?

I would just love to go to an exotic location period since everyone has been locked down but I’ve always wanted to go to Amsterdam and Italy so those would be great. Hopefully things get better soon and we can all travel and have live shows again like we use to be able to.

How do you juggle the day job and the dream career, or are they one and the same?

I still have a day job and I work at least 40+ hours a week so it is definitely a challenge and takes time away from things I could be doing and but bills have to be paid and all the things I need to get done and studio time and all that cost money and I don’t have a benefactor or anything like that so it’s gotta be done. Honestly, I don’t need to be nor am I looking to just be rich and famous or anything because for me, when I get to the point where music is helping me live comfortably and pays the bills then that is when I will feel like I’ve made it. That’s always been my goal.
