British/Italian sibling band MICCOLI will release the music video for their highlight single “Magnify” off their debut album, Arrhythmia on February 19.
“Magnify” discusses infidelity and the wide range of emotions one feels when they find out their partner isn’t being faithful to their relationship. The single depicts trying to avoid that initial gut feeling before it becomes “magnified” to the inevitable truth, which in the end will help confront the heartbreak.
The group is made up of twin brothers Adriano (vocal and acoustic/electric guitar), Alessio (piano, vocal, and acoustic guitar) and their younger sister Francesca (vocal, piano and harmonica), who have toured together all over the UK in the past few years, landing them sponsorship deals in both LA and Asia. They grew up together in Birmingham, England, where they were influenced by Simon and Garfunkel, Don Mclean, The Police, Eros Ramazzotti, Umbertto Tozzi, My Bloody Valentine, Fleetwood Mac and the sounds of Motown.
Recorded and produced on a quiet island off the coast of Penang, Malaysia, the Alternative/Indie band created a playlist of uplifting, heartfelt songs that evidently show in MICCOLI’s debut album Arrhythmia. “Magnify” is just one piece of the band’s meaningful list of records.
After you’ve finished listening to the entire album, come back for the music video!
