Raymond Revel – “Sunrise”

Filled with nothing but pure happiness, Raymond Revel keeps listeners smiling with his lyrics and signature vocals on “Sunrise.”

If you haven’t thought it yet, Raymond Revel’s voice sounds like it belongs as the lead of an acapella group. Which he, in fact, had already been a part of. With a goal of consistently developing his musical abilities, Raymond has performed in a variety of styles such as a solo act, the lead singer in a band, in cappella groups, and in choirs.

In this song, he blends the harmonies and background piano perfectly to bring a positive, raw track that we can relax to and play over and over again. The lyrics merge together to idealize a perfect day – the kind that keeps you up at night just waiting for the sun to come up and allow you to enjoy the newfound day with the lyrics “So I’ll try/ To speed up the time/ Till I get to see you again.”

The lyric video, as shown below, shows a variety of outdoor landscapes that makes us wish we were out by the mountains enjoying the view. His words and the images give a sense of tranquility and love for the people in our lives.

We’re not the only ones who’ve enjoyed Raymond’s music. ”Sunrise” has been featured on Spotify’s “Discover Weekly” for the past three weeks!

If you enjoyed “Sunrise,” you don’t to wait too long for his next release coming November 2nd. “Endlessly” will be more stripped down than the other songs he’s released in the past. We can’t wait to hear it!
